Terms & Conditions

Quotations are free and valid for thirty days. Prices are based on the information and photographs supplied. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will tell you and agree any change before continuing.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for telling us about anything that affects safety — loose balustrades, fragile roof lights, alarm systems or restricted areas. We will not carry out work we judge unsafe.

Payment is due within thirty days of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly or per job, with VAT shown separately.

Please give at least forty-eight hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked visit. Cancellations inside that window may be charged where we cannot fill the slot.

Alpine Clear carries liability insurance and legal protection cover; certificates are available on request. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, including failed seals, cracked glass or damaged render identified during work — we will photograph and report them to you.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Valais.
