Most of a good paint job happens before any paint is opened. We fill, sand, repair and mask properly, then apply. On rental properties we can work to a changeover deadline; on private homes we work to the finish.

Working around a rental season
A chalet or apartment that lets through the winter has a narrow window for redecoration, and every day it is closed costs money. We plan painting work around the letting calendar — out of season where possible, and to a fixed changeover date where not.
For managing agents we also keep a record of the colours used in each property, so a scuffed wall in February can be touched up the same week without matching guesswork.
