How Alpine Clear collects, uses and protects the personal data you send us.

What we collect
When you contact us through this website, by telephone, by email or through WhatsApp, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, contact details, the address of the property and any photographs or details about the work you want quoted.
Why we use it
We use this information only to prepare a quotation, carry out work you have agreed to, and keep in touch with you about it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as Swiss accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@alpine-clear.ch and we will respond within thirty days.
