Interior Cleaning
Deep cleans, changeover cleans and end-of-tenancy work for chalets, apartments and guest accommodation.
What's included
Cleaning a let property is not the same job as cleaning a home. It has a deadline, a standard someone else will judge, and no room for a second attempt. We work to a written checklist per property so nothing depends on memory, and we photograph the finished rooms so you can see the state before the guests arrive.
- Deep cleans, top to bottom
- Changeover cleans between lets
- Pre-arrival preparation and checks
- End-of-tenancy cleans
- Post-construction and post-renovation cleans
- Kitchens, appliances and extraction
- Bathrooms, limescale and grout
- Floors — wood, stone and tile
- Interior glass, frames and sills
- Linen changes and bed making by arrangement
Changeover day
In season, a chalet can go out at ten and be occupied again by four. That is not a cleaning problem, it is a logistics one — and it is where most operators fail, because they send whoever is free rather than someone who knows the property.
We hold a checklist and a set of photographs for every property we look after, so the same standard is met whoever is on site, and you get a message with pictures when it is done. If something is broken or missing, you hear about it before the guest does.
Tell us about the property.
Free quotations, no obligation. For most jobs a few photographs are enough.
