Commercial Services
Regular, scheduled property care for hotels, restaurants, chalet companies, apartment blocks, shops and offices across the Val de Bagnes.
Who we work for
Commercial work in a resort valley has a rhythm that nothing else does. Glass has to be done before doors open, not during service. Changeover day is not negotiable. And in February nobody has time to chase a contractor who has not turned up.
We work to that rhythm. Contracts are scheduled around your operating week, and if the season shifts, so do we.
- Hotels and guest accommodation
- Restaurants, bars and cafés
- Chalet companies and tour operators
- Apartment blocks and building managers
- Shops, boutiques and retail units
- Offices and commercial premises
How it works
Set up once, then it simply happens.
Maintenance contracts
An agreed schedule for the year at a fixed price — weekly, monthly or seasonal. You stop having to remember it, and the property never falls behind.
Flexible scheduling
Early mornings before opening, quiet days mid-week, changeover days. We fit the work around trading hours rather than the other way round.
Fully insured
Liability insurance and legal protection cover, with certificates supplied for your records before the first visit.
Professional equipment
Pure water systems, water-fed poles for high glass and pressure washing equipment matched to the surface. No improvising on site.
VAT invoices
Proper invoices for your accounts, issued monthly or per job, with a clear breakdown of what was done and when.
One point of contact
You get a direct number, not a call centre. Same people, same standard, every visit.
Getting a commercial quote
For commercial premises we prefer to visit. It takes twenty minutes, and it means the quotation reflects the actual access, glass count and surfaces rather than an estimate that changes later.
Tell us the type of premises, roughly how often you want the work done, and when your quiet hours are. We will come back with a schedule and a fixed annual price.
Tell us about the property.
Free quotations, no obligation. For most jobs a few photographs are enough.
